How I can help

I have an M.A. in psychotherapy and Counselling and I am on the N.C.P accredited register and the BACP register. I offer one-to-one counselling and psychotherapy, online and face-to-face in the Nottingham area.

Instead of giving you short term strategies to manage how you feel and survive moment to moment, together we create the conditions for you to feel safe enough to get to the root cause of your experiences. The outcome for this kind of self knowledge is feeling more confident, more empowered to make decisions and feeling more grounded and calm in yourself.
